Wellness day was a huge success. The day started off with free Pilates, Express, and Superset Classes in the morning followed by free massages provided by Remedy Massage. Reiki and energy work were also provided along with free refreshments from Paromi Tea and Substance Juice. 

The afternoon was filled with samples of our youth programs including free climb, ninja obstacle courses, and stem education. 

Raffle tickets were sold during the event — Carmine’s, Treat House, Stoopher & Boots, Classic Kids, Writopia, The Writers Rock, Liana's, Virgil's, Memorymatte, SDF Media and more all donated amazing prizes — all raffle proceeds raised over $2,000 for For His Children orphanage in Quito, Ecuador. 

Thank you for all that came out and supported this monumental event. We can't wait for our next Wellness Day and encourage everyone to attend.
