At Grassroots Fitness Project, we believe strength starts young. Our youth programs are designed to build confidence, resilience, and athleticism while teaching proper movement mechanics. Whether your child is an athlete or simply wants to feel stronger, we provide a supportive and challenging environment where they can develop skills that last a lifetime.
Programs Offered
Tween Strength Training (Ages 10β12)

Our Tween Strength program introduces fundamental strength training principles using bodyweight exercises and age-appropriate weight training. This class is a bridge between obstacle-based training and structured strength training.

Teen Strength Training (Ages 13β15 & 15β18)

The Teen Strength program builds on the foundations of movement and strength by introducing structured weight training and developing total-body athleticism. This class is designed for teenagers who want to get stronger, build confidence, and learn how to train effectively for life and sport.

Co-Ed Strength & Conditioning (Ages 8β10)

For our youngest athletes, the Co-Ed Strength & Conditioning program focuses on fundamentals of movement, agility, and body control in a fun and engaging setting.

β Refunds: Full refunds up to one week before the semester starts.
β Pro-Rates: Available only during the second week of the semester.
