Terms and Conditions

Unlimited Membership: Contract is month to month and will automatically renew with the credit card on file. Membership can be put on hold for medical reasons only and must be accompanied with a Doctors note. Termination of Unlimited Membership must be made 72 hours prior to renewal with a written response. Clients must cancel class 24 hours before the session to avoid the $15 late fee penalty.

Class Packages: There are no pro-rated refunds for classes not taken. Classes must be completed by the end of the package. There is no sharing of packages. Class cancellation must be made 24 hours before or the class will be charged in full.
