Co-ed Strength & Conditioning

Co-ed Strength and Conditioning is a dynamic fitness class designed to push your physical limits to achieve your own personal fitness goals. Led by experienced trainers, this class combines strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and functional movements to help you build muscle, burn fat, and improve overall fitness.

Each session begins with a comprehensive 10-15 minute warm-up to prepare your body for an intense workout. You'll then move through a series of exercises targeting different muscle groups, using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. Classes includes formats that use typical HIIT programing ie; AMRAPs, EMOM's, Tabatas and Chippers. The workouts are carefully designed to challenge your body in new ways, preventing plateaus and ensuring continuous progress.

Throughout the class, the trainers provide personalized guidance and motivation, ensuring proper form and technique to maximize results and minimize the risk of injury. The class is suitable for all fitness levels, as modifications and progressions are offered to accommodate individual needs and goals.

We always recommend a personal assessment before taking any class. However, if that is not possible, we ask that all participants at least come physically healthy, as this is still a class and major modifications cannot be made.
