Chris has been at Grassroots for over 6 years now and is known as the head of our Youth Programming, where he utilizes his extensive background in Parkour and Weight Lifting to curate fun and engaging programs for all ages. His specialties are flexibility, agility, and strength.
You will always find him at the gym, whether it is training his private clients, teaching classes, or working out on his own and discovering new movements and exercises to teach at the studio!
