As a lifelong lover of sports and fitness, Sammie has dedicated herself to inspiring others to lead healthy, active lifestyles. With a diverse background ranging from dance to martial arts, Sammie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as a trainer.
From a young age, Sammie discovered a passion for movement through dance, training extensively with a teen performance ensemble and honing her skills as a dancer. Her journey led her to explore various avenues of physical activity, including cheerleading and Tae Kwon Do, where she achieved her black belt.
Over the course of her life Sammie has sustained many injuries, including most recently a lower back injury. However this experience has given her an opportunity to deepen her understanding of the body and develop strategies for managing low back pain and building core strength. This newfound knowledge has become a cornerstone of Sammie's approach to fitness, helping others to prevent and overcome similar challenges.
With a passion for working with clients of all ages, Sammie has a special affinity for guiding children, teens and adults on their fitness journeys. Whether she's helping develop a love for exercise and proper from in tweens and teens, or training adult clients, Sammie is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels can thrive!
