Born and raised in the Philippines, Isabella jumped through countless sports, but never saw herself as the athletic type. Eventually, she discovered her love for fitness through martial arts. She's been practicing Muay Thai for four years now and is not only passionate about the sport, but loves to share this passion with others through teaching. Now a resident of NYC, Isabella is a proud member of the GRFP team and shares their core belief that athletes can come from any background and be of any age.
