WS: Conditioning
Functional Strength and Metabolic Conditioning (60 minutes)
This class is a deloading class, where we work mostly with bands and body weight. It focuses on the smaller muscle groups that support the bigger lifts, stability, endurance of the muscle, and metabolic conditioning for the heart. It's a great compliment to heavy lifting.
We always recommend a personal assessment before taking any class. However, if that is not possible, we ask that all participants at least come physically healthy, as this is still a class and major modifications cannot be made.
