The Program

Step 1:

Take a survey to find out where you’re putting your energy.

Step 2:

Weekly 60 minute zoom calls regarding where you are currently, what you want, and then we can assess what you need.

Step 3:

3 type of plans will be set.

  1. Easy + Attainable goals for the week. A list of marching orders will then be created.

  2. A larger goal will be set to obtain at the end of 21 days.

  3. A goal that seems impossible will be set for the end of 6 months. This is the type of goal that you don’t let yourself think about, without a disclaimer.

Step 4:

Get busy!

Step 5:

At the end of each week, the previous marching orders will be reviewed and discussed via zoom and a new line up of weekly goals will be created.
