WS: Core & Restore
Core Stability & Pelvic Floor Connection (60 minutes)
This class's focus is on the connection to the pelvic floor and core connection that's needed for proper lifting. There is also an emphasis on learning proper breathing techniques. In between core exercises are static stretching positions to restore proper length/tension relationship between the joints. We end the class with meditation and mindfulness to remind us of the importance of stillness, rest, recovery, and sisterhood.
We always recommend a personal assessment before taking any class. However, if that is not possible, we ask that all participants at least come physically healthy, as this is still a class and major modifications cannot be made.
